Information you choose to share
The inquiry form collects your name, email, project location and project description. You may also provide a phone number, dimensions, material preferences, access details and timing. Please do not include payment information, identification documents or other sensitive information.
How your information is used
Project details are used to review your inquiry and communicate about it. Relevant information may be shared with the installation team for project review. Submitting an inquiry does not create an installation contract or reserve a start date. We do not use this form to enroll you in a marketing mailing list.
Service providers and storage
Vercel hosts this website and may process technical request information such as IP addresses, device information and server logs. Resend processes form notifications when delivery is enabled. Submitted inquiries are retained in the receiving mailbox for follow-up and recordkeeping; they are not automatically deleted when you close this page. Access is limited to people handling the inquiry.
Browser data
The material planner and project brief run in your browser. Copying or downloading a calculation or brief does not submit an inquiry. Adding a calculation to the form creates a snapshot that is sent only if you submit the inquiry. We have not added advertising pixels or analytics scripts. Your hosting or email providers may process operational information needed to deliver their services.
Questions, access or deletion requests
Use the privacy request form to ask about information you have submitted, request a correction or request deletion. Include the email address used for the inquiry. We may need to verify your connection to the information before acting. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate recordkeeping purposes.
